Description :

Medium 601-63 is a waterfriendly IR-drying organic solution for  use in glass enamels for the toughening- and laminating firing process.

4  -  5,5  :  1  (depending on colour & application)

Typical properties :

Appearance: Clear colourless to yellowish liquid.

Odour: Sweet.

Non volatiles: ± 16 %

Viscosity: ± 400 mPa.s at 21 °C

Flashpoint: ± 94 °C

Solubility: Soluble in water.

Storage :

Medium should be stored and handled in its original packages and kept in a clean dry place preferably kept tightly closed at 15 - 25 °C. When storing more than one batch, use the oldest material first.

Stability :

These products should be used within 6 months of receipt for optimum product results.

Other information :

Solvents and water could attack the emulsions used when producing the screen.
